Description
Buster Keaton’s 1926 film “The General” tells the tale of a locomotive chase through the deep south during the Civil War. Robert W. Smith’s popular band and orchestra piece “The Great Locomotive Chase” is based on the same historic event. Ion Concert Media brings these two works together in its engaging film edit. A great addition for any school or community ensemble concert program. Available in film only, full ensemble audio only, or full ensemble audio with the film versions.
