Muséik Subscription

ABOUT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

The fully unlocked Muséik software is available at this page. You may download it and use it to drive content rented from Winter Storm Media.

However, if you prefer to drive your own content through the Muséik platform or receive a discount on hourly production rates for custom work you will need an active Muséik Subscription. Your subscription comes with several member benefits:

• ability to order any Stage Sync™ products listed on the ICM Technologies web pages.

• reduced prices on equipment rentals at Ovation Production Services.

• reduced hourly rate on custom production at The Loft Creative Suites.

• pricing discounts on certain titles at Winter Storm Media.

• free custom .ion Show File compiling*

• members only news and updates

HOW IT WORKS

1. Download the Muséik software any time (click here). No subscription necessary, software never expires.
   
2. Shop for pre-licensed content at the Winters Storm Media and place orders for content rentals at any time without logging in to your account (no subscription necessary).
3. Start a Muséik Subscription on this page to unlock membership benefits.
4. Orders for Stage Sync™ products cannot be completed without an active subscription.
5. Discounted hourly production rates and discounted equipment rental rates will apply automatically with an active subscription.

TERMS AND CANCELLATION

1. Your Muséik Subscription is an auto renewing annual subscription. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the then-current subscription fee each  year on your renewal date. An email reminder will be sent prior to the renewal date.  
2. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription simply click "Manage My Subscription" from your Account Page.
3. Cancellations in the middle of a subscription term cannot be refunded. If you cancel your subscription and reinstate it at a later date you will be charged a new, full priced subscription fee.
