Ion Concert Media and Ovation Production Services offer a limited catalog of rental equipment as a service to our customers. Much of this equipment is offered at below market value as a way to assist our customers with budget concerns.

Discounts are only offered to active customers. It is not our intent to rent equipment to the general public, although we have done so on occasion.

We are not a full service rental house. We do not carry a full line of rental equipment and often cannot offer the same service you might expect from other AV rental agencies.

We do our best to keep our equipment in good repair, but customers are asked to keep in mind that we do not have a staff regularly monitoring the equipment.

Customer is responsible for paying the rental fee plus any round trip shipping costs. Shipping fees are not included in the rental prices.

No equipment can be let out until the rental contract is signed and the rental fee is paid in full.

Customer is responsible for arranging return shipping. Equipment returned after the contract end date is subject to additional rental fees.

Customer is responsible for packing equipment in a safe and secure manner to ensure no damage is done during return transport. Some equipment comes with written instructions for how it is to be packed. Please follow the instructions.

In a case of equipment non-performance the customer's rental fee will be refunded and customer will be asked to pay half of any round trip shipping fees. The equipment is offered at a steep discount. We make no profit on the rentals and we must ask the customer to share some of the risk with us.
